We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase on our “Contact Us” page to receive a full refund. 

When you contact us to arrange for your return, a return address and authorization code will be provided. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the products only – return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and making any return shipment arrangements.

Products returned after 30 days of purchase or without pre-authorization are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee. All returns must be shipped in resalable condition in the original packaging, and are subject to inspection for damage or use prior to issuance of a credit or refund.

Once your package has been received and reviewed, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price. This process is usually completed in 3-5 business days after we receive the product. Please allow 2-4 additional business days for your return to appear on your original method of payment.
